We use only natural and very luxurious fabrics and they need special care. Cotton, silk, wool and cashmere cannot be treated as synthetic fibre.
Cotton:
before washing we suggest to turn your bag inside out. We suggest hand washing in lukewarm water at 30° with soap. Washing machine is possible but always use a delicate cycle and lukewarm water. Do not use bleach and/or softner. Dry flat or hang your bag on a rack. Iron from the backside. Important: do not iron the visor of your buckethat!
Colours on cotton may fade, please do not leave your handbag too long in the water but hang it on a rack so that it can dry.
Silk:
we reccomend to bring your foulard to a professional dry cleaning service. Hand washing is also possible in lukewarm water at 30° with soap for maximum 5 minutes. Do not use bleach and/or softner. Rinse well with cold water and wrap your foulard in a towel to extract the water. Roll out and iron from the backside with aboundand steam. Do not iron too hot. Do not spray any alcohol substance like perfume, deodorant or hairspray.
Colours on silk may fade, please do not leave wet your foulard too long but hang it on a rack so that it can dry.
Wool and cashmere:
we suggest to wash your beanie, snood or scarf in lukewarm water at 30° with soap and softner for maximum 5 minutes. Rinse well with cold water and wrap them in a dry towel to extract the water. Iron from the backside only but do not iron too hot: heat will damage the fibre. Abundant steam will give an excellent finish. Do not spray any alcohol substance like perfume, deodorant or hairspray.
